great stay with minor parking issues

The King suite provided an impressive amount of space, along with a very comfortable mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. We found the amenities, like the pool and hot tub, to be well-maintained and enjoyable to use. The staff stood out for their friendliness, readily offering helpful recommendations for dining and local events. I also appreciated the bar area, which made my evenings more welcoming.

Parking was somewhat tricky, though I imagine it could be more challenging during busy weekdays.

The King suite was super comfy! The king-size mattress felt great. The room was big with a nice sitting area. Loved the two large TVs and decent desk space, too. The bathroom was spacious and clean, which is always a plus. I liked that it was located right downtown, easy to get to things. The pool and hot tub looked nice, but we didn’t use them. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Just a small note, breakfast wasn’t included, but the restaurant was nice. Overall, pretty impressed!

The King Suite was spacious and clean, with 2 large TVs and a super comfy King mattress. The bathroom had nice Aveda products and a large shower. Great views from the window too! The staff were so friendly and the pool was awesome with that waterfall feature. Loved the easy access to shops without going outside!

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a welcoming bar area make every stay enjoyable. On my first visit, the staff offered me a hot drink in the cold, which I still remember. Highly recommended!

Nice central location with easy access to restaurants and sights. The room cleaning was inconsistent, and we found issues with the bathroom. Enjoyed the pool and nearby mini golf. Valet service could improve.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was spacious with a lovely view of the harbor. The location was perfect for a family outing, and we even enjoyed a great game at All About Golf nearby. Everyone was so friendly, making us feel truly welcome.

My children wished the sofa beds were more comfortable for sleeping.

However, the room decor felt cramped and European, which might not appeal to everyone’s taste, especially for the price. The valet service lacked a warm greeting, and minor cleanliness issues were noticeable, like dust on the bathroom glass and an empty cup left on the desk. Plus, the pool had some chipped paint along the edges, which detracted from the overall leisure experience.

The hotel is in a prime downtown spot, and the front desk staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. The room had an amazing view but faced issues with inconsistent AC and water temperatures. Despite some noise from guests, the atmosphere was pleasant overall.

Recommend for a short weekend trip

Spacious suite, clean bathroom, which had a large shower and was perfect for my family's needs. the location was convenient with everything within walking distance.
